Dear Friends,
If you are considering going abroad precisely the U.S.A to have your baby, you need to have a re-think.
Earlier today, President Donald Trump had said in an interview that he plans to sign an
executive order to end "birthright citizenship" for the
children of non-American citizens who are birthed into the United States of
America. This move has been considered as that which would likely be challenged
immediately in the courts over its constitutionality.

Trump told Axio on HBO during an interview to be aired on Sunday, exactly two
days to the midterm electon:
"It was always told to me that you needed a constitutional
amendment. Guess what? You don't, "You can definitely do it with an
act of Congress. But now they're saying I can do it just with an executive
order."
"We're the only country in the world where a person comes in, has a
baby, and the baby is essentially a citizen of the United States for 85 years
with all of those benefits," Trump said in an interview for "Axios on HBO." Several other countries, including Canada, have a policy of birthright
citizenship, according to an analysis by the Center for Immigration Studies,
which advocates for reducing immigration.
"It's ridiculous. It's ridiculous. And it has to end."
